The Business Department comprises several senior partner lawyers and full-time lawyers. The director of the Administrative and Administrative Procedure Law Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association comes from the Department. The Business Department has also invited renowned professors from China University of Political Science and Law, Tsinghua University, Peking University, and other political science and law universities and experts from government research institutions to form advisory groups.
Lawyers in this Business Department have long provided legal advisory services to many government agencies from the central government to the local government, legal support for government administration according to law, special legal services for government PPP projects, bidding and tendering, and represented the government in administrative litigation, etc. In addition, it also focuses on the agency of administrative litigation cases of other enterprises, institutions, and individual citizens to provide legal services for administrative litigation cases.
