Tiantai Is Successfully Selected into the Law Firm Library of China Xiong'an Group

Founded on July 18, 2017, China Xiong'an Group Co., Ltd. is the only new area Chinese investment and financing platform specially approved by the State Council since the 18th National Congress, and is a wholly state-owned enterprise funded by the Hebei provincial government with an initial registered capital of RMB10 billion. 

As the main carrier and operating platform of the development and construction of Xiong'an New Area, Xiong'an Group adheres to the primary task of creating a primary destination to which the non-capital functions of Beijing will migrate. It is the main force, leading force and supporting force of investment, financing, development, construction and operation of the new area, and plays an important role in the planning and construction of the Xiong'an New Area from a high starting point and with high standards. 

The Bid Committee of our Firm organizes the senior partners, limited partners and senior lawyers of the three departments including the Intellectual Property Department, the IT, Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment Department, and the Corporate M&A and Reorganization Department to form a professional team to bid for the bid section of "Information Technology and Intellectual Property Legal Services"(second bid section) of the Xiong'an Group. 

On April 19, 2019, the "List of Bid-winning Candidates for Law Firm Library of China Xiong'an Group Co., Ltd." was officially released on Xiong'an Group's official website, in which Beijing Tiantai Law Firm successfully won the bid for the second bid section "Information Technology and Intellectual Property Legal Services" and was shortlisted as a bid-winning candidate. On April 23, 2019, our Firm received a notice of bid-winning and admission into the library. Finally, our Firm stood out with outstanding performance and was selected among more than 100 law firms participating in the bidding process.
