• Attorney Zhu Bin specializes in construction and real estate, data compliance, cross-border legal affairs, and general commercial and civil dispute resolution.
  He has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector, having served as standing counsel to several large-scale construction enterprises and provided full-process legal services for projects ranging from residential and commercial complexes to industrial plants and municipal infrastructure.
  In recent years Mr. Zhu has also focused intensively on data-related matters. As one of the first signatories to the Yangzhou Big Data Group’s data-element ecosystem partnership, he assisted Yangzhou enterprises in completing the city’s first “data-asset registration + balance-sheet inclusion + financing and credit granting” transaction. He routinely leads data-asset compliance reviews, builds data-governance frameworks, designs data-trading structures, and evaluates cross-border data-transfer compliance.
  Attorney Zhu Bin holds a B.A. and an LL.M. from Southeast University and is a Grade-3 (PRC) lawyer.
