Ya (Sara) Xia has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of industries on complex international issues, with an emphasis on foreign direct investment and cross-border dispute resolution. She also serves as general outside counsel to many businesses, especially those that have overseas operations or are expanding into foreign legal jurisdictions.
Prior to joining TianTai Law, Sara worked at law firms in Shanghai, Seattle and Hangzhou where she helped clients with their legal needs in international business.
Sara spends her free time reading, hiking with her dog, and singing in the Hangzhou Youth Chamber Choir.
