  • Judy Liang holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Management (Business Administration) from China University of Political Science and Law, a Master’s degree in International Law from Transnational Law and Business University, and completed a CSC scholarship program at National Autonomous University of Mexico. She is currently a partner at Beijing Tiantai Law Firm Hangzhou office and a professional member of the International Trade and Investment Committee of Beijing Tiantai Law Firm. Previously, she served as Investment Legal Counsel at Zhejiang Innovative and Developing Capital Management Co., Ltd. (Provincial State-owned Capital Holding) and as Lead Counsel at Zhong Lun Law Firm Hangzhou Office.
