• Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, investment and M&A, dispute resolution, cross-border investment, and policy research relating to the Hainan Free Trade Port.
  With experience in both in-house legal practice and private practice, she advises corporate clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial operations, and ongoing legal matters. Her transactional experience includes legal due diligence, transaction structuring, commercial negotiations, and legal risk management in investment, M&A, and cross-border projects.
  She has handled over 100 civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including a series of contractual disputes involving the Kaishi Crowdfunding platform and litigation support matters for Zhejiang Tmall Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.
  She has been selected for the Hainan provincial talent pool of lawyers specializing in foreign-related legal services and is experienced in handling legal matters and client communications in both Chinese and English.
