Tiantai Guangzhou Office has a team of more than 30 practicing lawyers. Bankruptcy liquidation legal service team is the second-level bankruptcy administrator selected by Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court. It is mainly engaged in assets liquidation services and liquidation agency services for enterprises with regard to merger, division, restructuring, reorganization, merger and bankruptcy. The team leader Shaowu QIAN is now the Chairman of Guangzhou Association of Bankruptcy Administrators. Since its establishment, the team has handled more than 50 bankruptcy cases designated by Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court, many of which have been granted “Excellent Award” and “Demonstration Award” by Guangzhou Association of Bankruptcy Administrators.
