Work Experience

  • I have 10 years' teaching experience in a college as a senior lectuer and 15 year's experience of an attorney since 2001 and 12 years' experience specializing in Marriage, Family and Inheritance Law since 2004. I am one of the earliest attorney specialized in Marriage, Family and Inheritance Law in Beijing and even in China. I have handled more than one thousand various divorce and inheritance cases, etc. as an attorney. I am very experienced in handling the family cases and proficient in proceedings in family cases. On one hand, I always try to help my client to strive for maximum benefits and minimizing loss by my suit skills within the law. On the other hand, I never give up meditation measures to promot conciliation between the two parties. Therefore, I have good reputations in the field of family law in China.
    The case of divorce disputes between Shi and Chen, which was handled by me in 2015, was collected in the most latest and most authoritative 'Selected Cases by Pepole's Court' (No.4, 2015, published in May, 2016).
    Other major and difficult dispute cases I handled in process includes the Inheritnance Disputes by Xu Linlu, the last disciple of Qi Baishi, the famous Painter.
    I am the member of a research group on family trial in 2015. This research project is sponsored by Supreme People's Court.
    I took part in making up the lawyer's code of conduct, i.e. 'Guide to Lawyers in Handling Marriage and Family Cases' and 'Guide to Lawers in Handling Inheritance Cases'

Other Outstanding Achievements

  • 1. I received an Awad on Special Contribution to Research Achievements by China Marriage and Family Law Research Seminar.
    2. I started China Marriage and Family Law Forum, which is now sponsored by China Marriage and Family Law Research Seminar and Law School, Remin University of China. The 3rd Forum was held in this year with up to 300 participants. This Forum built an excellent exchange platform for professionals engaged in either theory or practice of Marriage and Family Law.

  • I have been undertaking the following responsibilities besides being an family attorney: Deputy Director of Civil Law Committee, Lawyer's Association, Chaoyang District, Beijingl Member of Civil Law Committee, All China Lawyer's Association.
    Director of China Marrige and Family Law Research Seminar.
    Director of Case Law Research Seminar, China Law Society.
    Adjunct Professor of China Women's Universiy.
    Guest Professor of Lawer Colledge, Renmin University of China.
    Extramural Tutor of China Youth University of Political Studies.

    Coauthor; The book was incoporated in 'The Serise of Essencials for Lawer's Practice, which was approved and recommeded by All China lawyer's Association, and first printed by Law Press in January, 2018 and revision reprined in November, 2013.
    2. 'Right Way to Divorce – Family Attorney Helps You to Handle Divorce Case'
    Chief Editor; Pubished and Printed by Law Press in November, 2011.
    3. 'Walking out of Besieged Fortress of Marriage – Marrige Attorney Helps you to Handle Divorce Case'
    Coauthor; The book was published by Law Press in March, 2006.
    4. ' Marrige, Family and Inheritance Laws ', One of Series of Teaching Materials for Law through Innovative-Thinking.
    The book was published by Wuhan University Press in November, 2011. The Chapter 10, Legal Relief Measures and liabilities, was written by me.
