Introduction
Martin Meng is an expert of protection of IP in China, especially in patent litigation, trade secret litigation, trademark & copyright protection. Martin Meng acted as the head of the patent departments of top IP firms in China over many years and represented many multi-national companies in patent prosecution including Qualcomm, Google, Apple, Sandisk, Micron, etc. As a patent litigator, Martin Meng has extensive experience in patent protection and patent disputes resolution. Martin Meng had represented Qualcomm, GE, Samsung, ITW, Kohler, etc. in patent litigations in China. Martin Meng joined Tiantai Law Firm since 2016 and has leaded a new team to serve both local and international clients. In 2020, a patent invalidation case represented by Martin Meng was selected in top ten Reexamination and Invalidation cases of that year.
