Legislative Proposals Submitted by Tiantai Law Firm Have Been Adopted by the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People's Congress Standing Committee

In December 2023, a meeting of the legislative contact points of the Chaoyang District of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People's Congress Standing Committee was held, at which the list of representatives whose legislative proposals were adopted was released and certificates of adoption were issued. The legislative proposals on relevant articles of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Amendment) submitted by Ms. HE Qingye and Ms. LIU Fang, senior partners of Tiantai Law Firm, were adopted by the national legislation.

Ms. HE Qingye said, the extensive research and consultation on the revision of the Civil Procedure Law reflect the rigorous and pragmatic of the legislature in the revision work.
