• Ms. Xu Xiang is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in China (PRC Bar) and New York State (US Bar). Her practice focuses on international transactions, dispute resolution, and corporate M&A.
  In the international practice area, Ms. Xu has extensive experience in offshore bond issuances, cross-border banking, and cross-border investments. She has acted as PRC counsel to multiple issuers in offshore USD bond, FTZ bond, and offshore JPY green bond issuances, providing full-spectrum legal services including legal due diligence, transaction document review, and issuance of English legal opinions. She has also provided legal advisory services to banks on cross-border guarantees and standby letters of credit, and advised family offices and high-net-worth individuals on cross-border investment structuring, fund investment review, and post-investment management. In civil and commercial dispute resolution, Ms. Xu has handled a broad range of litigation and arbitration cases, including contract disputes, corporate governance conflicts, and enforcement objection proceedings. In corporate M&A, she advises clients on transaction structuring and risk control in connection with asset acquisitions, investments, and restructurings.
