• Mr. Jiachao Xie (aka Jay-Ciao Hsieh) focuses on complex and high value commercial litigation and arbitration. He offers expertise in all types of commercial dispute resolution processes, including litigation before all divisions of the courts of China, arbitration seated in China, and mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
  Mr. Xie regularly advises state-owned enterprises, listed entities, private corporations and high-net-worth individuals on contentious regulatory issues, cross-jurisdictional compliance and holistic risk management. Serving as lead coordinating counsel for multi-jurisdictional cross-border disputes, Mr. Xie demonstrates strong capabilities for both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
