• Mr. Jiachao Xie (aka Jay-Ciao Hsieh) specialises in complex and high value commercial litigation, and arbitration. He offers expertise in all types of commercial dispute resolution processes, including litigation before all divisions of the courts of China, arbitration seated in China, and mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Xie also focuses on contentious regulatory matters, and has been advising state owned corporations, listed companies, private firms and high net worth individuals in all aspects of compliance requirements and risk management.
