• Dr. Hui Wang earned an LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law, a postgraduate in International Law from China University of Political Science and Law, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Peking University. In 2022, he began his PhD studies at the Institute of International Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and made legal research as a Visiting Scholar at the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University, in Sweden.
  Dr. Wang has a lot of experience with Banking and Finance, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Insolvency Restructuring and Liquidation, Commercial Arbitration.
  He has helped many famous companies, banks with complicated legal transactions . He has given his clients helpful legal advices. Dr. Wang also helped with lots of M&A deals in the building materials and electricity industries in China. He is familiar with FDI, international trade law, and international finance law. He has represented the foreign clients in various antidumping and antitrust cases. Dr. Wang has also successfully represented the clients to arbitrate disputes with satisfied enforcement at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in Sweden.
  He has a strong understanding of the rules for international laws and a lot of legal practices in international laws.
