Professional Experiences

• Attorney Chen Xiangjun graduated from the School of Law at Xiamen University with postgraduate degree. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and a senior partner at Beijing Tianchi (Wenzhou) Law Firm. She also serves as the Director of the Corporate Law Committee at Beijing Tianchi (Wenzhou) Law Firm, an arbitrator at the Wenzhou Arbitration Commission, a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the Wenzhou Lawyers Association, and a member of the Legal Advisory Group of the Lucheng District CPPCC. She has been awarded honors such as "Outstanding Party Member" and "Advanced Individual in Integrity and Professionalism in the Legal Services System."Attorney Chen Xiangjun specializes in corporate legal affairs and corporate system development. Since her practice, she has handled over 1,000 civil and commercial litigation and non-litigation cases and has served as legal counselor for dozens of government departments, enterprises, and social organizations. In recent years, she has mainly engaged in corporate equity matters, corporate debt and liability resolution, and legal advisory services. She has conducted in-depth research and gained practical experience in areas such as equity design, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, partnership dispute resolution, and debt and liability disputes.
