• Lawyer He Peilong has a master's degree in public administration from Renmin University of China. He is currently the deputy secretary general of the bankruptcy restructuring committee of Beijing Tianchi Juntai Law Firm, and is particularly skilled in handling legal matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy restructuring, and corporate finance.
  Mr. He Peilong has provided legal services for mergers and acquisitions of companies such as Yili Group and Youran Dairy, among which the acquisition of Saikexing by Youran Dairy in 2019 was selected as the largest M&A case of non-listed companies in 2019.
  He has been entrusted by Yili Group and Youran Dairy to participate in the restructuring of Huishan Dairy; by MCC Capital to handle the bankruptcy restructuring case of a state-owned company in Tianjin; by Potevio Group to handle the bankruptcy liquidation case of its subsidiaries; by SINOMACH Group to handle the bankruptcy liquidation cases of its subsidiaries; by Xiamen International Bank to participate in the bankruptcy restructuring case of Huachen Group, and served as the head of the liquidation group for the forced liquidation case of Beijing Daren Electronic Gaming Co., Ltd., the head of the management group for the bankruptcy liquidation case of Beijing Shoucai Agricultural Products Co., Ltd., the head of the management group for the Beijing Jinhui United Investment Co., Ltd., and the on-site head of the substantive merger restructuring case of Inner Mongolia Zhunxing Heavy-haul Expressway Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Zhunxing Expressway Service Area Management Co., Ltd. He is also a member of the management team for the bankruptcy liquidation case of CITIC Culture Media Group Co., Ltd.
  Currently, he is still serving as the on-site head of the substantive merger restructuring case of Shandong Yinguang Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises.
