  • Ms. Ding graduated from Beijing Union University with a bachelor's degree in law and her master's degree from Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. She has been a practicing lawyer since 2016 and is now a full-time lawyer at Beijing Tiantai Law Firm.
    Her legal services cover corporate law, real estate, contract law, labor law and other fields. In her legal practice, she has accumulated rich experience in legal affairs. In the field of non-litigation, she provides perennial legal counsel services for various enterprises of different sizes, including real estate development and construction, property services, science and technology education, exhibition design, catering franchise, etc. She responsible for the reviewing the consulting unit’s of the daily business contracts, analyze and demonstrate the legal issues involved in the company's daily operation and management, and provide legal advice on the company's legal risk prevention and control. She has also participated in the legal due diligence of equity mergers and acquisitions of state-owned and private real estate companies for many times, and provided special legal services.
    Ms. Ding also has in-depth theoretical research and legal practice experience in the fields of construction engineering, real estate project construction and operation, corporate equity and corporate governance, labor law and social security law. In the field of litigation, she has accumulated experience in handling various types of litigation cases, including disputes over housing sales contracts, housing lease contracts, cooperative operation contracts, property heating disputes, labor contract disputes, inheritance disputes, etc.
