• Lawyer Wang, Tianxuan received her Bachelor of Maritime Law/ Master of International Economic Law degree in Dalian Maritime University. She is qualified as Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist. She serves as an arbitrator in arbitration committees of, inter alia, Nanjing, Shenyang, Zibo, Weifang and Suining. She is honored as a guest professor of East China University of Science and Technology and one of the founding members of WIFFA (World International Freight Forwarder Federation) Legal Advisory Committee. She was invited to be a member of the expert committee of the selection activity of "China’s Excellent Lawyers & Law Firms Recommended by CFO of Well-known Enterprises", and a special guest at "Financial Law Firm", a broadcast programme of China Business News.
• Ms. Wang is an expert in both non-litigation and litigation legal services in maritime and commercial dispute resolution, and has served as legal counsel for many well-known listed companies from home and abroad, including trading companies, shipping companies, logistics forwarding companies, insurance companies, ship repair enterprises, etc. She provides legal services for major non-litigation and litigation projects such as international trade, marine insurance, ship sales and ship finance leasing. Ms. Wang has successful cases in the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China and the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, and has extensive experience in legal services in domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
• With both solid academic foundation and extensive practical experience, Lawyer Wang Tianxuan has published a series of articles in famous journals both home and abroad, and has set up a Maritime Law column on "Wusong".
