Mr. Yang specializes in administrative and civil & commercial fields of litigation and non-litigation affairs, has rich experience in government legal affair, company establishment, enterprise restructuring, merger & acquisition and equity transfer, real estate development and construction , and in recent years he has been engaged in international debt collection and enforcement of Chinese arbitral awards at overseas and has accumulated much experience in these areas. Mr. Yang has provided legal counsel service to many companies and governmental agencies such as Qingdao Municipal Government, North District Government of Qingdao, Evergrande Real Estate Group, China Railway Seventh Group Co., Ltd., China Railway 20th Bureau Group Corporation, Qingdao Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Qingdao Branch of Industrial Bank.

Before Mr. Yang joined Tiantai Law Firm in 2024, he has worked in a court in Qingdao as a judge, and at Duan & Duan Law Firm and Shandong SenRong Law Firm as a partner successively. Mr. Yang was awarded a bachelor of arts degree from QuFu Normal University in 1995, Bachelor of law degree from Southwest University of political Science and Law in 1997, master degree in economic law from Southwest University of political Science and Law in 2004, doctor of law degree from Chongqing university in 2008.
