• Ms. Fei is a partner of Tiantai Law Firm. Ms. Fei focuses on corporate, contract, banking and finance, and compliance and regulatory practice areas, etc., and has multi-jurisdictional practice experience. She has advised on a number of merger and acquisition and corporate restructuring, infrastructure investment and construction, and cross-border investment and financing transactions, and has advised both domestic and oversea clients regularly in daily operation, as well as on their risk control and disputes resolutions.
  Ms. Fei is a legal expert advising Asia Development Bank. Ms. Fei has served as a senior legal counsel at China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. ,and has worked as senior associate in Hunton LLP Beijing Office. Before joining Tiantai LawFirm at the end of 2023, Mr. Fei was a partner of a boutique in Beijing.
  Ms. Fei graduated from Peking University in 2000. From 2007 to 2008, Ms. Fei participated in the Lord Chancellor's Training Scheme (U.K.) for Young Chinese Lawyers. She graduated and obtained her LLM degree in business law from University of California, Berkeley in 2019.
