• Xinran Li received her LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and LL.M. degree in University of Michigan. She is qualified as a lawyer in both China and New York State. She can use both Chinese and English as her working language and has the working experience of legal manager in a leading film and television company. She has rich experience in non-litigation and litigation in the field of film and television project development and production, IP derivative operation and talent agency, and is good at dealing with relevant copyright issues and foreign related business.
