Ms. Xiaoping Yang began her legal career as a legal assistant at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai and later served as a legal advisor on Chinese law at the Shanghai Representative Office of TMI Associates (Japan). Since becoming a licensed attorney, she has specialized in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, media & entertainment, and cybersecurity. She has led and participated in numerous cross-border M&A transactions involving sectors such as pharmaceuticals, software, maternal and infant products, new media, and apparel manufacturing. Ms. Yang serves as legal counsel for a number of Fortune Global 500 companies, listed corporations, and high-tech enterprises. Her ongoing advisory work primarily spans industries including gaming, artificial intelligence, cross-border e-commerce, and autonomous driving.
