• Yue Choi graduated from Suzhou University with a bachelor degree in law in 2005. He graduated from Shanghai University in 2015 with a master degree in law. From 2005 to 2008, he worked as a legal officer at Nanjing LG Electronics Co. Ltd.; from 2009 to 2012, he practiced in Jiangsu Hengzhi Law firm as a paralegal/lawyer; he practiced as a lawyer in Yingke (Shanghai) Law Firm from 2012 to 2013; He became Partner at Beijing JT&T(Shanghai) Law Firm from 2014 to 2017; from 2017 till 2018, he served as the Managing Partner in Shanghai Jiuhui Law Firm; since 2019, he has been a Senior Partner of Tiantai (Shanghai) Law Firm.
• Mr. Choi’s Practice area includes Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, M&A & Restructuring, PE & Investment Funds. He has been focusing on Capital markets and investment funds since 2009, especially expert in complicated investment M&A legal affairs. In particular, he also has extensive experience in medical industry, TMT industry and education industry M&A projects.
• Mr. Choi has represented a listed medical enterprise in a series of mergers and acquisitions of private hospital projects, and participated in the pre-merger due diligence, transaction structure design, and drafting of transaction documents. Mr. Choi has established a merger and acquisition fund on behalf of a listed media company. He helped a private education institution with preliminary adjustment and transaction structure design. Mr. Choi also act as a mainland lawyer of a Taiwan IPO project.
