In another landmark case, she represented Chivas Brothers International Limited (“the Client”) in a 3D trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit, successfully defending a rare domestic 3D trademark claim and securing the highest statutory compensation at that time for the Client.

Beyond her extensive practical experience, attorney CHEN has established significant social influence in the intellectual property field. She has been interviewed by leading media outlets such as China Intellectual Property News and Cover News on social hot-spot cases, including the “YANG and Meisun Mooncake” dispute and the “Ziqi LI” case, offering expert legal analysis for the public. She has also contributed a series of articles on geographical indication protection at the invitation of China Intellectual Property News.
