• Tina Xu graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and obtained Master’s degree in law in 2005. Ms. Xu worked as a partner in Tianjing Huibin Law Frim for several years and has joined in Beijing Tiantai Law Firm as lawyer in 2017. She has extensive experience in the civil and business litigation and arbitration, banking and finance, and corporate and compliance. Tina Xu has been worked as lawyer more than 10 years, who has the Securities qualification and the Fund qualification. She also has good grasp of professional acknowledge and broad legal experiments。As legal counsel of many companies, she have provided legal service for clients’ banking, finance, trust，finance leasing, guarantee affairs as well as all related business disputes.
