• Zhang He is a Senior Partner and Director of the Management Committee of Beijing Tiantai Law Firm, Deputy Secretary-General of the Pharmaceutical Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, Director of the Council of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, Director of the Work Committee on law firm Management and Compliance Construction of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, and Deputy Director of the Pharmaceutical and Health Business Research Institute of Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association.
  Zhang He graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a major in economic law. He served as a general legal adviser to Sunnsy Group. To be specific, He has successively handled the control dispute case of China Sunnsy listed company and the control dispute case of Beijing Sinovac Holdings Co., Ltd., participated in handling a number of projects or cases with significant impact in the industry such as the pre-procurement negotiation and agreement signing between Shenzhen Kangtai and the Hong Kong SAR Government, and a commercial project between Beijing Minhai and the Malaysian Government.
  As a practicing lawyer in the field of the Medical Health & Medicine, he has been serving as a long-term legal adviser to many leading pharmaceutical companies , including Sanofi (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Pasteur Biological Products Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Kangtai, AIM Group, Sinovac Biotech Ltd, Fresenius Kabi, Connaught Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, Hongguan Bio-pharma Co.,Ltd. and Minhai Biotechnology Co., Ltd and so on, and provides comprehensive legal support for asset restructuring, transformation and operation, investment and financing management, decision-making of clients. He has also accepted invitations from relevant government departments, industry associations and enterprises to interpret laws and regulations and provide training, and help regulatory departments and enterprises to carry out internal control, compliance system construction and evaluation.
