• Mr. Jichuan Xie, also Arnold Tse
  Senior Partner of Beijing Tiantai Law Firm
  Mr. Xie is one of the founders of Beijing Tiantai Law Firm, he has been practicing law in China from 1995 and kept learning until he got his third master’s degree in his sixty in 2024.
  He got his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in 1980’s, achieved the degree of EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 1998, and was awarded with Master of Laws by Chicago Kent College of Law(C-K, IIT. USA) in 2024.
  Prior to practicing as a full-time lawyer, Mr. Xie had been working for 14 years in China National Textile Import and Export Corporation (CHINATEX) and served the different positions, such as director of legal affairs department, VP of investment and development section and GM of Chinatex knitwear exporting company, deputy president of a Japan-China joint venture.
  Mr. Xie has rich experience in international economic cooperation negotiations, trade dispute resolution, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He is also an independent director of a real estate company listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange.
