Fifty-eight Lawyers from Beijing Tiantai Law Firm Are Elected as Members of the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association Professional Committee (Research Council)

On August 6, 2019, the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association finalized and released the list of members of the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association Professional Committee (Research Council). A total of 58 lawyers from Beijing Tiantai Law Firm were elected as members of 33 committees and 3 research councils.

The 33 professional committees are: M&A and Reorganization Legal Affairs Committee, Non-performing Assets Disposal Legal Affairs Committee, Finance and Taxation Legal Committee, Guarantee Legal Affairs Committee, Legal Risk and Compliance Management Legal Affairs Committee, Company Law Committee, Contract Law Committee, Marriage and Family Affairs Law Committee, Construction Engineering Legal Committee, Education and Protection of Minors Legal Committee, Competition and Anti-monopoly Legal Committee, Civil Procedure Law Committee, Bankruptcy and Liquidation Legal Committee, Enterprise Legal Advisory Committee, Trademark Legal Committee, Commercial Crime Prevention and Defense Committee, Commercial Arbitration Legal Committee, Private Equity Fund and Equity Investment Legal Affairs Committee, Legal Committee of Legal Services on Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and Legal Services Involving Overseas Chinese, Land and Real Estate Legal Committee, Cultural Tourism Legal Committee, Legal Committee of Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests, Trust and Wealth Management Legal Affairs Committee, Information Network, Telecommunications and Post Legal Committee, Criminal and Civil Cross Legal Affairs Committee, Criminal Procedure Law Committee, Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law Committee, Medical and Health Legal Committee, Banking Financial Legal Committee, Film and Television and Entertainment Legal Affairs Committee, Bidding and Auction Legal Committee, Securities Legal Committee and Duty Crime Prevention and Defense Committee.

The 3 research councils are: Judicial Execution Business Research Council, Aging Legal Service Research Council and Social Organization Legal Service Research Council.
